Plumbing fixture repairs.
The small plumbing calls that don’t belong to a whole plumber. Running toilets, weeping supply lines, seized shut-offs, slow drains, warranty parts sitting in the garage. Bundled into one visit, done under a fair labor rate, and always with a heads-up the moment something crosses into licensed-plumber territory.

Toilet fill valve and flapper replacement 01The toilet that won’t stop running
New fill valve, new flapper, and the sound in the wall at 2 a.m. finally gone.

Quarter-turn angle stop installation 02The angle stop that won’t budge
Seized shut-off swapped for a quarter-turn valve, so the next repair doesn’t start with a fight.
- Where does fixture-level work end?
- At the shut-off valve, roughly. Anything downstream of the angle stop or behind the toilet bolts is fair game. Anything that needs a pipe cut in a wall, a water heater tank, or a gas line goes to a licensed plumber, and I’ll say so on the phone.
- My toilet runs on and off all night. Can you help?
- That’s usually a five-dollar flapper or a fifteen-dollar fill valve, plus twenty minutes. Bring it up when you call and I’ll grab the parts on the way.
- I’ve got a slow kitchen drain. Is that in scope?
- Yes, hand-snaked traps, P-trap cleanouts, and disposal-side drain clogs are standard. If it turns out to be a main-line issue, that’s a jetter job and I’ll point you to a drain company I trust.
- Do you handle emergency leaks after hours?
- Evenings and weekends are actually most of the schedule. Text a photo and shut the water off at the fixture if you can, I’ll call back the same evening most nights.
Let’s knock out
your list.
