Terms of Service.
Short version: honest work, fair pricing, and respect for your home. These are the everyday terms that apply when you hire Brown’s Maintenance & Repair of Topeka.

Estimates and pricing
Quotes are based on the details you share and, when it helps, an in-person look before the job starts. If something changes once work is underway, Justin will call before doing anything that would change the price.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can when a scheduled visit needs to move. Same-day cancellations are understood, life happens. Repeat no-shows may lead to a small deposit on future work.
Payment
Invoices are due on completion, unless we’ve agreed to net terms (usually only with repeat commercial clients and landlords). Cash, check, card, and digital payment all work.
Warranty
Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days after the job is finished. Parts and fixtures fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. If a covered part fails inside its warranty window, the reinstall labor is on us.
Scope
Brown’s Maintenance is a small-job handyman and repair service. Some projects belong with a licensed plumber, electrician, arborist, or structural contractor. When that’s the case, Justin will say so up front and point you to someone worth calling.
