What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, address, and whatever you tell us about the job when you call, text, email, or submit the contact form. That’s the list. We don’t run tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
To schedule your appointment, quote the work, order parts, invoice you, and follow up if something needs a warranty visit. That’s the whole list.
Who sees it
Justin, and the small handful of tools used to run the business: phone and text service, email, invoicing software, and website hosting. None of those providers are given your information for advertising.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept as long as tax and warranty rules require. If you’d like your contact information removed after that, just ask and it’s done.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. Reply STOP to any text from us to unsubscribe from job-related messages.
